Not Satisfied with Purchase
In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Findley Lake Trading, please contact us within 60 days from the date the order was received to initiate the return process. Simply send any items back to us and we will refund the initial purchase. The product or items must be in unused condition and packaged with original packing material. We cannot cover costs the customer incurs to return items to Findley Lake Trading Company. Before mailing back any orders, please contact us at (800) 704-5334.
If you have received a damaged product, please notify us within 5 days after you have received the order and we will replace any damaged item immediately, at no cost to the buyer.
At Findley Lake Trading, we sell non-refundable orders such as Custom/Special Orders, Clearance/Sale Orders, and Gift Cards.
PROMOTIONS AND COUPONS
Findley Lake Trading Company offers promotions and coupons for products and items on a regular basis. These offers cannot extend their set and advertised expiration date and cannot be applied to other items not-applicable to our advertisements. You must use these offers and coupons at the time of purchase and cannot apply them retro-actively or after the sale has been made. Coupon codes cannot be combined and the one that benefits the buyer will be used as priority in the event more than one coupon is used. We only offer free shipping inside the continental USA (this does not include Hawaii and Alaska).
CUSTOMIZED & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
In the event you have an order customized or personalized, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds on this custom merchandise. If the merchandise is damaged, we will replace it at no cost to the buyer.
